Privacy at BrazilStack

We collect only the operational data needed to provide a secure managed MCP service.

Account and workspace data

We process account identity, workspace details and subscription status to provide access, administer plans and provide support.

API keys and credentials

API keys are stored as hashes and shown only when created. Customer-provided source credentials are encrypted at rest and are not logged in plain text.

MCP requests

We retain operational metadata such as request time, workspace, tool name, status and usage units for quota enforcement and service reliability. We avoid storing private query content in marketing analytics.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider. BrazilStack does not store complete card details.
